  • Diversity and Inclusion efforts and our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), employe-led groups that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Henry Schein Games, a virtual platform that brings all TSMs together virtually and in-person though friendly competition by engaging in value-based activities
  • Community Circles, which brings TSMs together remotely across the Company to connect about topics, hobbies and activities that they are passionate about
  • Connection Days around the globe that intentionally bring our TSMs together in our offices to step away from their work and have fun engaging with one another and boost morale
  • Our Wellness Committee that is committed to supporting and nurturing the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of TSMs
  • Steps for Suicide Prevention that takes place in September, Suicide Prevention Month. TSMs around the globe participate in community walks and awareness days. Together TSMs spread a message of hope and talk openly about mental health to remove the stigma.
  • The We Care Global Challenge which brings together TSMs and our partners to make a meaningful impact on communities in need through friendly competition
  • Volunteer opportunities to come together as a team and give back to our communities, including our signature programs Back to School and Holiday Cheer
  • Quarterly give-back campaigns which provide virtual opportunities for all TSMs to support our communities toward a specific Health Equity theme each quarter
  • Green Team Schein recognizes our TSMs worldwide who contribute to the health of the environment in which we live and work. Together, TSMs volunteer to do beach clean-ups, community gardening, and other environmentally friendly activities that add value to our communities.
  • Culture Ambassador Program, a program that recognizes and empowers TSMs who embody our Team Schein Values and connects them with New TSMs to continue to cultivate our culture
  • Teddy Philson Team Schein Award that recognizes 15 Global TSMs annually, who like the late Teddy Philson, exemplify our values and inspire them in others
  • Mentoring Reimagined, the Company’s formal mentorship program that provides development opportunities for TSMs
  • Formal and informal learning opportunities that provide growth and development for our TSMs
